Before submitting a ticket

Before submitting a support ticket please make sure you have searched and read through the articles and public tickets on the support portal. This information includes how to install/setup the component / plugin and how to install, setup and customized the plugin.

Scope of support

Support covers the installation and setup of the plugin and bug fixes. We cannot support any customizations beyond 1 or 2 lines of code or constant customization requests, even if they are limited to 1 or 2 lines each. In such cases, you can submit a customization request to receive a quote on the the scope of the project.

Third-party plugin / theme compatibility

We do not provide support for any third party plugins, components or themes. However if our plugin is not compatible with your Joomla or Wordpress site, we will see if this is due to a limitation of our plugin and fix the issue if necessary. In the event that our plugin is functioning properly but your theme is causing problems, you are welcome to submit a customization request to receive a quote for us to fix the problem with the theme.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your ticket Monday to Friday and longer on weekends.
